We gain results.
RxGym offers its members an all-inclusive approach to gym membership including personal training, programs and classes. We do this through our prescribed (Rx) exercise programs. Each member receives one personal training session per month and classes as part of their gym membership.

RxGym has been designed as a hybrid gym that offers you the best of both traditional gym concepts and the latest functional training methods. The term Rx stands for prescribed. We believe everyone should have a personalised prescribed (Rx) exercise program devised by a highly experienced trainers with excellent background knowledge.
