I have helped hundreds of people shred thousands of kilo’s all over the world. People train & recommend me because I get RESULTS. I have a strong reputation as having a no nonsense approach to training. I offer nutrition plans so my clients know exactly what they need to be eating to get the results they are after. My unique coaching style & the ability to connect with my clients on a personal level is what makes my clients achieve their results they never thought possible.
For most of my fitness career competing in CrossFit & Olympic Weight Lifting as an individual in UK & back in Australia. 2016 & 2017 my training focus was BOXING. I had 2 fights. 1 win, 1 draw. However in 2018 I totally changed my training style to Fat Loss to compete in my first ever Toned Figure Body Building (PCA) competition. I’ve dropped a massive 2 & a half stone (16kgs) After going through this process I know first hand I know how much sacrifice & will power it takes to change your body shape.
I train & compete in sport because it makes me happy & feel good. I believe happiness is the most important thing in life.

Being an all-round good guy
There is literally no downside to strength training. Whether you want to be faster over 15m, tone up for a holiday, pack on muscle or you just want to move without any pain; strength is the foundation…and everyone should be training it.
I have been playing and coaching within high level / elite sport for over 10 years (predominantly rugby and cycling) and I learnt my trade at one of the best strength and conditioning (’S&C’) facilities in Europe. I firmly believe the principles of S&C are not just reserved for elite athletes – they apply to everyone, regardless of your goals. When was the last time you looked at an athlete and thought; “I don’t fancy having a body like that”…?!
My programmes are personalised, science-led, progressive (but varied), fun and they WORK! On average, my clients lose 3-4% body fat and gain 3kg in muscle within their first 2 – 3 months with me, as well as smashing their performance goals.
