Ben’s first degree in sport and exercise science and a sporting background in athletics gave Ben a great base to develop. Ben’s love of training and all things fitness made sport physiotherapy, rehabilitation and personal training the obvious choice for his career. Having a physiotherapist that understands how to train and training methods gives Ben the ability to effectively treat and prevent injuries.

My name is Matt and I am a certified PT with a real passion for health and fitness. I have studied multiple martial arts since 2005 including Taekwondo, boxing, jiu-jitsu and more. I currently focus on weight training for power and strength and speed. As a vegan athlete I understand the importance of nutrition for health and physical performance.
I specialise in helping clients work towards losing body fat whilst gaining strength by incorporating HIIT training with explosive strength training into my programmes.
My most important goal is to ensure
that you experience an enjoyable workout routine which is varied and tailored to your needs.

Not known for her athletic prowess as a youngster, Jane became interested in physical fitness when she became a BSAC scuba diving instructor in 1993, feeling it was important to her and her students to be as physically fit as possible.
Jane discovered CrossFit 10 years ago and she completed her Level 1 (Instructor) course in 2012. Through CrossFit Jane discovered weightlifting and in 2010 became British, Northern and Scottish Masters Weightlifting champion for her age group. She has also twice won a silver medal in the English Indoor Rowing championships 500m distance and she currently sits 2nd in Europe and 75th in the World in the CrossFit Games Open 2015.
In 2013 Jane set up her blog – Raising the Bar, which was aimed at encouraging older women to get involved with exercise and physical challenges and, with some CrossFit friends, set up the Raising the Bar European Masters Competition, which is now in its fifth year.

My love of fitness started whilst I was in the Army when I trained to be a PTI in the Royal Signals. I have also competed in CrossFit, Weightlifting, Strong Man and Power Lifting over the last 8 years. I have a wealth of experience and knowledge to share. I’ve held my CrossFit level 1 Trainers Qualification since 2013 and regularly coach CrossFit classes here at RX Box.

Having trained during my own pregnancy and post-partum recovery I have a real passion for helping busy Mums get back into the gym and gain confidence again.

My Training ethos is all about empowerment and fitness for life, if you want to get strong have fun and challenge yourself then my programmes will be for you.

Hi, I’m Jess.
While completing my Bsc in Sports Therapy at York St John University I wanted to gain as much experience within different parts of the industry. This lead to the opportunity to work with the armed forces, professional athletes and children & adults with disabilities.
A year after graduating I had the once in a lifetime opportunity to move to Australia where I worked with several professional sport teams as a massage therapist for two years all over the country including Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. During my time there I was faced with two major operations but came out a much stronger and happier woman and want to show everyone you can always pick yourself up no matter what life throws at you.
When I’m training clients one of the goals I have for them is to not to just improve their physical health but also their self-confidence. Less of the I can’t and more of the I can!
Life isn’t about looking a certain way or trying to impress other people, it’s about being happy within yourself. It’s about setting your own goals and smashing them, being confident in your own skin and not letting anyone else control your happiness! No matter where you are in life or what your current circumstances are, I want to show you that your goals are achievable, no matter how big or small they may be.
