Personal Trainer, CrossFit & Nutrition Coach
Hello! My name is Cora.
My goal as your Personal Trainer, CrossFit, and Nutrition Coach is to inspire you to be the BEST version of yourself. I use a client-centred based approach, meaning there is no one specific training or nutrition programme that is designed for all. We as individuals require different coaching methods, have different goals and ambitions, different ways of learning and have different priorities. Which is why I focus on each individual client, rather than use the same approach for all. We are unique in our own ways, and that is such a beautiful and important thing to remember. How we feel about ourselves, our mindset, how we sleep, and our relationships with others are just as important, if not more than the effort and time we put into the gym, and the food we have on our plate. My goal is to support and navigate you through this wonderful journey you choose, to help you reach your desired targets in and outside of the gym or box. I want to ensure that you are building habits and practices that will last you a lifetime, not something that will be just temporary.
My love and passion for health and fitness began for me at a very young age. Lacrosse has been a huge part of my life: I played both hockey and lacrosse at the NCAA Division 3 Level in America. I was named team captain for two years, 1st Team All-Region, Player of the year and Tournament MVP in 2010. I was also named The Outstanding Female Athlete of the year by my University in 2011. In 2010, I was invited to trial for the USA Women’s National Lacrosse Team, being 1 of 100 players selected in the country, this was a huge accomplishment in my athletic career. I have had the opportunity to coach Lacrosse teams all over the world, including the Italian National Lacrosse team, and many top clubs in the United States. I have just finished at the University of Nottingham, coaching top National level athletes, leading my team to the BUCS semi-finals for the second time in school history. Whilst coaching lacrosse, I discovered CrossFit which has been such an important part to my life. I enjoy competing around the UK, but my ultimate goal is to qualify for a sanctional CrossFit event. I currently hold a CF-L1 Qualification and coach classes here at RxBox and RxGym!
